I was really struggling to sleep and switch off at night and thought I would try this - well, it worked for me. I really do dose off quite quickly now so will keep using it at bedtime. It is like lying on a beach bed by the sea and the sound quality is very good. I also like the fact that there are hidden positive messages but I would like to know what all these subliminal messages are - we are just given a couple of examples. In any case, I wake more refreshed too and feel more energetic during the day, though I realise this could be down to various things, including better sleep!! I would definitely recommend giving this a go if you are struggling to wind down...
