This is an empowering book about trusting yourself and giving yourself permission to decide what's best for you mentally and physically. By telling her stories, the author encourages listeners to stop worrying about what everyone else will think or say about your choices. I'd encourage you to listen to the introduction and chapter one then listen to the rest one chapter each morning as fuel for the day to go out and kick it. I really enjoyed this narrator. Her voice is easy to listen to and enthusiastic about the material.

This book was unlike any that I've ever read or listened to before. I normally do books about people's lives or opinions or religious beliefs. However, This one was completely different. This one didn't really give her opinion about it, she didn't push it on anyone, she just talked about it in her life and how it played a role for her. There were some points I agreed with and some that weren't my taste but this book was about her and her life and in the jist of all of it she really wanted woman to stick together so I didn't judge. Most of the time, I was like, good for her, or I wish I could do that or feel that way, This woman was strong and free and in the end, I think I'll remember a lot of her points for a long time. I may even listen to it again, and will definitely recommend it to my female friends.
