Dark and Hot
I loved the narration of Skyler Morgan, his Irish accent was really good. It was gentle accent and made it more realist
Liam is a Irish crime boss who is feared by many. When he was shown the book that was similar to the murder of his son and wife, Cimeran is a romance writer who wrote a best seller best on the murder of the son of an Irish mafia boss.
He was determined to find the killer who murdered those he loved. He had become a harden man but when he saw Cimeran, they both had an instant attraction. Needing answers he kidnapped her. Cimeran fights the mafia boss on every turn. No matter how many times he punished her, She stays true .

Hooked from the Start
I was given a free copy in return for an honest review ...
I did really enjoy this story.. I mean who doesn't want their fictional character to come to life... that being said I'd be scared as hell too as I like my fictional men dark just like Liam😂 He is a Mafia Boss who kidnaps the author of the book of his life. He doesn't know she had help in writing it and thinks she knows more than she does. PLEASE CHECK TW as there is some NON/QUESTIONABLE CONSENT amongst others. I did get the twist early on but that still didn't spoil it. An easy and quick read 😊

Wow
I love the fact that it's about an author who wrote a book about what happened and the main antagonist finds out. He thinks she knows more than she does so she takes her for answers. I think he actually gets more than what he bargained for. Normally I can guess the "whole did it" in books like this but even I was wrong. It's definitely a must listen and always turns out amazing thanks to Piper Stone. Going to have to listen to find out what happens and who actually did it.
Narrator did amazing as usual.

Brilliant
This is a fantastic storyline. With a very clever point of view. The characters are likeable and brutal. I loved the twist at the end. A fantastic performance from Skyler.
