Unusual. Badly written but still fairly erotic.
Engineered super warrior people created on Earth, now hiding from humans in space. Lots of buff, silver men with big muscles and big... um... everything, apparently. Human woman comes along, shows him how to be in love etc etc while they have lots of explosive, steamy sex.
As mentioned - badly written but entertaining...

I've delved into a fair amount of alien/ warlord/ sci-fi/ monster/ fantasy smut (and romance as well) and this doesn't stand out from the crowd in any meaningful way. The cyborg's alienness on the individual level basically boils down to their massive build and a bluegrey skincolor, which isn't nearly titillating enough after books by Anna Carven or Naomi Lucas. The only interesting part was the third act angst, where the heroine didn't end up budging on her one demand. That was a positive surprise, but it didn't save the book. I'd recommend some Dark Planet Warriors or Cyborg Shifters instead.
