Being an empath is when you are influenced by other people's energies and have an innate ability to intuitively feel and perceive others. There is a well-known phrase that talks about the importance of working smarter and while there are many interpretations of what it can mean, overall it is meant to emphasize the benefits of being focused, disciplined, and working hard.
