THE NECRONOMICON OF SHERLOCK HOLMES finds the Great Detective pitting his legendary skills against sinister cults, shambling shadows and malevolent madmen in these twenty-two tantalizing tales spanning two terrifying tomes. Mystery and madness await!

Beyond the Adventures of Sherlock Holmes is a special three-volume collection of sequels to the original stories by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. Each original tale is paired with an all-new adventure, spinning our hero off into plots and directions that Sir Arthur may never have considered. In many cases, years have passed by since the events of the canon.

For all we know, or think we know, about Sherlock Holmes and Dr. Watson, what we don't know is far, far greater. In one of the duo's most exciting cases, The Adventure of the Speckled Band, we know when Helen Stoner arrives "in a considerable state of excitement" at the door of 221B Baker Street, seeking the assistance of Holmes and Watson: "It was early in April in the year '83..." But what happened during the rest of 1883? Or all of 1884?

This two-volume series provides a complete roadmap: Volume I covers small multifamily (2-20 units) that you can finance and manage personally, while Volume II tackles large-scale commercial deals. Whether you're buying your first duplex or ready to acquire apartment buildings, this series delivers the battle-tested blueprint for building serious wealth.

Brian Murray was not an investment pro when he bought his first commercial property. He was a teacher looking to build some side income. Armed with his passion for business and a lot of common sense, he developed a simple yet highly effective approach to investing that he still uses today at his multimillion-dollar real estate company.

Volume II of The Multifamily Millionaire series is the definitive guide to investing in large multifamily properties - all based on the authors’ experience of starting with nothing and building their real estate portfolios to thousands of units. Brian Murray (author of Crushing It in Apartments and Commercial Real Estate) and Brandon Turner (cohost of The BiggerPockets Podcast) share the secrets to their success in large multifamily investing with proven methods and practical advice that will help take your investment strategies to the next level.

Twelve tales of terror stemming from a single word. Trapped. What would you do if you were trapped, alone, and afraid, with no one to help, no way out? How far would you go to survive? What could you endure? The authors in this anthology pulled no punches, and the stories in this audio will leave a mark on you long after the tales are told. You may even find yourself trapped, held hostage, until every horrific word has been consumed.

The mistakes we make and the hardships we endure have a positive aspect: they teach us lessons. They plant seeds from which a garden of wisdom can grow. In Welcome to My Garden, author and entrepreneur Brian Murray shares some of the most meaningful lessons he has learned over his lifetime, covering topics from health and mindfulness to gratitude and empathy.
