If I'm going to tell the story of a life, my life, then I need to tell it warts and all. If the tale is too saccharine sweet then what can the reader take away from it? What do they learn about you? I've written everything down. The shit, the death, fun, naughtiness, addiction, laughter, laughter, laughter, some tears and lots of love and happiness. That, to me, is a better reflection of a human's life.

After quitting her job with an awkward text to her boss, Lucie Frost planned to live out her early retirement fantasy. Except she was lost, an empty nester with no job, no structure, no identity, and no clear purpose. Everything changed after she binge-watched the television program 90 Day Fiancé one day, which led to a stream of answers to her question about midlife stagnation: What do we do with our lives when our jobs or children are no longer making those decisions for us? Her trivia-filled memoir, How the Hell Did I Not Know That?

Story0
Of all the authors and poets American schoolchildren may be exposed to over the course of their education, Robert Frost is often one of the first, and on rare occasions that he is not, it is still a near certainty that some of his most famous poems will be discussed at some point. Frost may not be as remembered or influential as other American literary giants, or even poets such as Emily Dickinson and Walt Whitman, but his career was historic in terms of its length and breadth of accomplishments.

Helen was just 17 - she would be 67 at the time of writing - when she was last seen. The teenager was not having a good time. Her open face, late-'60s blond bob, and slightly prominent front teeth made her look younger than her youth. She had a slightly drooping eye which made her face particularly notable. At around five feet five inches tall and weighing in close to 125 pounds, in other respects, she was a typical teen.

Story0
In 1961, poet Robert Frost was invited to read at the inauguration of President John F. Kennedy. It would be the first by a poet for an inaugural ceremony. President-elect Kennedy asked Frost to recite the poem "The Gift Outright" unless the poet planned to write a poem especially for the occasion. Frost did, in fact, write a new poem for the day entitled "Dedication." However, when the time came to read, the wind and sun's glare made this impossible, though Frost made a valiant attempt. Instead, he reverted to "The Gift Outright," which he read by heart.
