  • Summary

  • Hi, I’m Davinia Taylor and this is my new podcast ‘Hack Your Health’, a show that will educate and empower you to lead a healthier and happier life.

14 years ago I couldn't stop drinking wine, the doctors put me on antidepressants, I couldn’t control my weight, I kept yo-yo dieting and eating fast food, bread, pasta, ANYTHING to give me comfort. Today, at 45 I’m running marathons and in the best shape of my life. So what changed?

One simple fact, everything i thought i knew about health was wrong and if I was mis-informed, then I bet most of you are too.

Join me as I talk to some of the worlds biggest experts in health and bio-hacking including; Tim Spector, Gary Brecka, Dr Barbara Sturm, Dr Cate Shanahan, Dave Asprey, Dr Tamsin Lewis, Pippa Campbell, Dr Ken Berry and the Glucose Goddess.

    Now…let’s go hack your health.

In his own words. “I used to be a fat, miserable, ignorant doctor, until I slowly discovered the power of removing the slow-poisons of the standard diet, and replacing them with the nourishment of a proper human diet”. His Youtube channel is packed with hundreds of insightful videos and he is the author of the incredible book, ‘Lies my Dr told me’ which dispels the myths and misinformation that have been perpetuated by the medical and food industries for decades.

WOW! These podcasts are so inciteful

I’ve only recently ‘found’ Davinia Taylor but the influence she’s had on my life is astounding. I have never felt this good. I’m sleeping better, lost half a stone in 2 weeks and feel bloody amazing. Embarrassed to say I’m a 51 year old ‘fan-girl’! These podcasts are kind of the background thinking to her books and supplements. They are so interesting and are a great addition to the narrative about how we choose to live our lives - some things you’ll see as a ‘wow’ moment and some things you’ll be sceptical - but that’s what it’s all about. Questioning how we choose to live our lives. A game changer for me.

Great information

Enjoying these podcasts, they are explaining a lot about how our bodies are affected and some simple things to try to help improve. Both speakers have listenable voices and are knowledgeable on many things.
