In Georgia, a "Cherokee County Sheriff's deputy barged into a house without a warrant, looking to arrest the 21-year-old son of the homeowner", according to a local TV news report. Natasha Lopez Noble is the homeowner. Her son did not live in her home. He was arrested without incident even though officers originally had no arrest warrant. Deputies then went into Natasha's home without her consent or a warrant, even though she was not accused of a crime and there was no probably cause. She is now bringing a civil suit against the the sheriff's department for violating her 4th Amendment rights. Natasha says Flock cameras were used in this incidence to track her son and his girlfriend. Most police officers do follow the Constitution and that's why those who don't need to be exposed.
