Political?!

After listening for the first five minutes, my heart sank. I was really hoping to be uplifted from this fog we are all living through, Not interested in hearing about your political views of “social and economic injustices”. Tired of feeling guilt tripped for being a white person. We are all just people and everything isn’t about race, color or creed. It’s about personal responsibility and being the change we wish to see in the world.

Too political

i was really excited to learn more about spiritual guidance and anxiety and fears, but the author kept dwelling into "racial injustice" and how fortunate she is for her "white privilege" (which is a made up concept, by the way). She should stick with her own so called expertise about spirituality instead of acting as if she knows what being black feels like. white apologists are worse and more pretensous and fake than any. A good attempt at brain washing the audience though, no wonder it's free.

your political views are not needed in your books. I am saddened that you have taken this path.

“White privilege” BS

Wow what a joke of a human being. Talking about BLM and “white privilege” only takes us back into the victim hood mentality and does not offer any true peace within.

Self esteem is not a political platform

I am so sick and tired of every person with a platform telling me what the Vision of my life should be. People of privilege some of us worked in America the land of opportunity and started from no privileged background. We received blessings based on our efforts not our colors. If you are speaking from a position of love first why would we teach one color is more important than any other. If I am my own Guru I would teach we are spirits sojourning together with different challenges all intended to prepare us for eternity.

“White Privilege”-speak in a self help book??

She lost me in the first chapter when she started talking about how she took her privilege for granted. This kind of negativity has no place in a book like this. I feel like I was listening to the author read a story from from the New York Times. I would rather take guru advice from a Gummy Bear.

Uninspired

False premises right of the gate. I checked out as soon as the social justice BS started.

A Lightworker

I adore Gabby's inner light and her willingness to put herself out there and navigate new areas to discuss and shed light on. If you're not someone who can handle honest discussions about race and privilege, this might not be for you. But if your level of awareness is more advanced, you'll absolutely love this! In light of Covid-19 and the current climate of racial injustice, it'll both challenge and invite you to approach life with a new lens.

Not a thrill or new

I thought she would have some thought provoking discussion. But for me she re-hashed other authors thoughts. But maybe because I am not new to what she is expressing.
