Summary

Contains the complete Warsworn Trilogy: The Flesh of War, The Age of War, and The Heart of War.

Forged for combat, the rock trolls have no equal. They train from birth, endure brutal conditioning, and mark their skin with every kill. They have become the very flesh of war and inspire fear across the globe. Now a bounty has been issued, one that calls for the extermination of their race.

Born in the midst of a bloody conflict, Tryton bears a heart of peace. His talent will command respect, but his nature is his true power. Facing foes from without and within, Tryton must wield his honor like a weapon...and rise to lead them all. If he fails, his people will be hunted into extinction, and no one will be left to protect the races for what comes.

Warnsworn marks the third series within the Chronicles of Lumineia.

Oh yes!

Not disappointed with this trilogy. And neither should you be for 1 credit. I have only recently discovered Ben Hale and found my 1st book on Audible to be another 1 credit trilogy in the Jack Myst series. Both damn good, with that lovely little twist at the end and would thoroughly recommend you adding these to your collections.

Great story on a Middle Earth character

Never heard a storyline like this. At first, I was a bit skeptical as to how this would all work as trolls are not viewed as likable characters typically. Hale has done a masterful job in this trilogy of taking a character through coming of age to establishing a new identity for his kind. The story follows a yong troll who eventually becomes king. The emotions, the battles, the loves, and the hates are all well written and pull you in and rooting for the heroes and wanting desperately for the villains to be stopped. The writing is fresh. The dialogues are appropriate in length and not drawn out. There is no ulterior agenda, yet it is a story of honor, courage, and family. Clean, and yet brutal. Harsh and yet gentle. Great story.

So well done!

Truly a new favorite. An emotional roller coaster wrapped in an amazing adventure. The depth of these characters as they struggle to redefine their way of life, the fast paced action, and the twists and turns kepte spellbound from chapter to chapter. I want more!
