Useful information, could be better delivered.

The information provided is useful, but the narration could have done with some work and extra editing. The track included unintentional sounds of moving/shuffling paper, an error in readback, and a burp on mic. There was also some parts where sections of a sentence were repeated(when talking about exit strategies.
