Disappointed

For some strange reason the story seemed very bitty. Names with left out and at times it sounded like the audiobook was on a scratched CD.

Very relaxing for my young children at bedtime

I play them either this book or the ladybird classics and they are calm and relaxed very quickly and asleep in no time - literally about 5 minutes

Boring!

The most boring one we’ve listened to so far, pious voices, terrible pretend accents, odd stories, didn’t enjoy it at all. One good thing was they were so boring the little ones fell asleep within 10 mins of listening to it!

Really lovely bedtime stories.

Our 8yr old is loving all these tales. They are really nicely read with good expression. Great for any Enid Blyton fans. We're finding that now she's listening she is more interested in reading the books, which is wonderful to see.

Enchanting and delightful

My children aged 2 and 4 absolutely love these stories. We talk about them all the time - the pixie shoes, the candles, the secret river. We put it on at bath time and they sit in total silence :-) Completely charming and innocent stories about elves, pixies, children and mysterious happenings in nurseries.
