Spot on in every way

It may be challenging to implement these important boundaries, but this book has been able to put a magnifying glass on the changes in the way we are working post pandemic and the changes in expectations that are unspoken but extremely damaging. The courage to be honest with yourself is also important as it is only when you make the necessary changes that you need that you will once again feel your life is balanced. Talk alone does not cut it. I didn’t expect to gain so much from this book. I think it being an audio is particularly helpful for those who are already burnt out, as the author describes how to make changes from where you are. Great book!
