The book is a breath of fresh air amidst the complicated input from the food and diet industry.
This approach cuts through all the confusion and presents a friendly, relatable, honest, natural, healthy (for both mind and body) and realistic program. It combines going right back to basics, with leading research, experience and lots of case studies. I don't usually enjoy case studies, but this book is different in many ways, and the way it presents the case studies is engaging and inspiring.
Sandra comes across as honest, genuine and caring as she narrates, giving the listener faith and belief in both themselves and the program itself.
Excellent work, very much recommended.

This book is exactly what I needed to read. Common sense, scientific, motivational and above all practical information on lasting weight loss. It's given me real insight into why I'm obese and how to start tackling that, and instilled a belief that forever weight loss is possible.

Having followed Slimpod for a while now I still learned a lot through this book. It is something I will undoubtedly listen to multiple times just to keep everything fresh in my mind. My eating habits have altered for the better almost magically, anxiety over what I’m eating all but gone with what feels like very little effort. So glad I found Slimpod at a time I was at a loss of where to turn next, so wish I’d found it much sooner. Well done to Sandra Roycroft-Davis for taking on the mammoth task to write and produce it.

I really like the motivational, common sense approach outlining why we do what we do when we're struggling with what we eat. It really does help realise the mindset reasons for indulging, and focuses on changing this for the long-term
