Incredibly Informative

This is quite possible the most informative book I've read in this field. As a coach, I've never felt more prepared to guide my athlete's nutrition. This book is jammed with knowledge, structured in a coherent manner, dispels myths and ultimately arms the reader with everything they need to know to plan a diet. Money well spent!

Amazing Diet Book - mainly for athletes

I absolutely love the book. It covers everything about nutrition and how it affects sports performance. Everything is backed by science and studies. I would highly recommend this book to anyone interested in becoming a better athlete.

Chapter Numbering

I wish the chapter numbers corresponded correctly to the actual chapter number. This book was super informative and well worth the listen. The last chapter is worth the cost alone.

Succinct

This book lays it out. Everything you need to know about macros and nutrient timing for best results in fat loss or muscle gain diets. Great book. Incredibly informative yet straight forward.

Must read/listen...

This is a must read/listen for anyone who feels there is too much mis-information in the dieting world. The last chapter, Fads and Fallacies, is worth the price alone. Wish this book existed years ago, but glad it does now. Read this to save yourself years of frustration and roadblocks!!

Best dieting book available

One of the best diet books available. Straightforward, concise, up to date, evidence based information on supporting a variety of goals using effective dieting principles appropriately prioritized for maximal results. Have not found a better resource on this subject. RP continues to put out the highest quality information available on dieting principles and in an accessible way allowing anyone interested in the subject to be able to apply it. A fantastic resource.

This is the most up to date fat loss, muscle gain, and lifestyle fitness book I've ever read! I've purchased their RP TEMPLATES and this book is a big complient to them. It answers alot of whys and hows. Highly reccomend! listen to this on your daily walks ;-)
