I was very satisfied when I perched this book. This is really an excellent book that will interest you chapter by chapter, you will find both a full explanation of the ketosis process, a detailed description of the methods of intermittent fasting and much more. It explains in a simple fashion exactly what you need to do to optimize your health and gives you many resources and good explanations. Excellent book for all who want to get healthy and constantly improve...I really like this set of books and would recommend anyone who need such type of information.
