Done some listening on this topic before, but the books I got lost me as I went through them. This one I am pleased to say didn’t! I am more of a actions person, so I really like it when the book offers step by step instructions and day by day plans to get me going on the keto diet and intermittent fasting lifestyle. Happy!

Useful practice recommendations.

My wife wants to try to eat on the intermittent fasting system. I bought this book for her so that she would learn about all the basics of such nutrition. First of all, this diet is useful because during periods of fasting the body is cleared of toxins and toxins, along with them goes and excess weight. It describes the different types of fasting, one of which my wife chose. She already eats on the system and is happy with the result. The book contains a lot of useful information for her.

Really a good book!

I found the magic button for weight loss. It is incredible that over such a short fast I can turn off fat storage, and start burning fat. A side benefit is that increased metal clarity occurs fairly quickly and offers additional incentive to fast. I have not taken a joint inflammation mess since I began this eating regimen. The best tricks

Ketosis tricks are right! I mean, a whole chapter is devoted to the topic of ketosis, with all the warning signs and the benefits combined. The narrator is simply awesome, and there was some interesting stuff in there about the various types of ketogenic diets, meal plans, etc. Good listen!

Interesting book

I highly recommend this because the language in it is a bit on a higher level. You have to pay attention, but if you get what the author is trying to get across, it's better than all the other ones. Very nice. Get it.
