This is an excellent intermittent fasting book. Good explanations and easy to understand. There are so many fantastic recipes in this book that I had to buy my own copy. This was a great book to started on a Keto diet!!

The author encouraged the use of healthy fats. The keto diet does take a leap of faith, you must be fully committed. Recommend you listen to the theory and find some recipes to get started. Beware you may get Keto Flu starting out, be prepared for this.
