Terrible narration

Bring back John Harding! Narrator ruined it for me and I didn’t finish the book.

spoilt by narrator

I like Ryan Lock stories normally but the narrator spoilt this one for me. Emphasise in the wrong place in sentences which made me stop listening. I didn't finish the book.

Not a strong narrator!

At first I wasn’t sure I would be able to get past chapter 1 let alone finish the entire book when I first heard the narrator but it seemed as if he started to relax and loosen up and suddenly the characters started to flow and then it was less of a struggle to listen and I started to enjoy the book.

Come back Jeff - please!

Oh dear. A change in narrator wasn't a change for the better. I've enjoyed this series up to now, but no more for me.

Disappointing narration

Maybe we become spoiled by the superb narrations of Jeff Harding. In comparison, this potentially enjoyable commuting companion of a book was hard work to listen to - distractingly poorly read. I'll avoid the name in future.
