Disappointed!

The first hour was very interesting but if you're on a plant based diet, trying to reduce your carbon footprint on the planet, this book is NOT for you! The author encourages his readers to incorporate all kinds of animal products and even mentions seal meat and shark meat. This book is definitely NOT for ethical eaters and it should be mentioned in the summary so we don't waste our money and time.

Informative covering a broad spectrum of info on food, gut, things that work and things that don't. The information is presented in an easy to understand way with good analogues. Follow with various options that you can impliment. Good read!

It is great overview of the science based approach

fabulous content in very easily to digest concept. highly recommend it to anyone who wishes to be well informed how tp support their wellness through diet 🙂
