Many of the books that I have read about Keto have ended up being a bit too out of reach for me. When I saw the title of this one, my curiosity was piqued. I was interested to see how you can combine IF and Keto for weight loss and I am happy to say that this book was worth every listening second. The author talks about the basics of weight loss and how to set weight loss goals before touching on things like grocery shopping and planning your meals. The chapter on nutritional assessment gave me really new information. I think how actionable this book is, is its biggest strength.
