Story
For thousands of years, the truth about human history has intentionally been suppressed and exploited. For decades, scholars have been saying that the truth about human history will be found inside the Great Pyramid of Giza, but up till now no one has ever been able to find it. Those who tried have been ridiculed and persecuted. The Tenth Cycle is a provocative technothriller about human history, conspiracies, and an ancient society with power and money that will stop at nothing to reach their sinister goals.

Summary
It's Termination Day; the day medical staff decide whether to turn off the life-support system linked to coma patient Gabriel Radford. They are unaware he is suffering from "Locked-In" syndrome and is conscious but unable to respond.
On a warm summer's evening, just over two months ago, Gabriel fell down the cellar steps at his home. He'd spent the morning and afternoon at his tennis club, drunk too much in the bar, and come home to sober up to be ready for the small party his wife, India, had arranged for that evening.
It was late when it happened. If he hadn't carried on drinking, if he'd replaced the threadbare carpeting on the staircase leading to the cellar, if he'd treated his attacker differently, it might never have happened. It was an accident, everyone at the party agreed. There was no evidence to suggest otherwise. Only Gabriel and the person who had pushed him down the stairs knew otherwise.
There are signs Gabriel is starting to recover from his locked-in state. But will he recover sufficiently enough to speak before his life is terminated?

Good narration of a gripping book
As a fan of KJ Rabane I already knew the book, but the excellent narration cast it in a new light and I enjoyed the second encounter as much as the first - if not more. Thank you.

Intriguing and riveting
It's never easy for a writer to handle so many viewpoints and still make it clear to the reader/ listener which character is driving the story. But in this book by KJRabane, this is accomplished seamlessly. The narrator's style and delivery help the plot to progress through its many twists and turns, making this a very entertaining mystery which will keep you guessing right to the end.
A recommended listen.

A Clever Who-Done-It
I really enjoyed this well-crafted who-done-it. Told from several different viewpoints all skilfully interweaved by the author and the narrator to make a very satisfying experience overall. The suspense builds and I had to stay up late in order to find out what happened! I can highly recommend this book.
