It’s quite clearly laid out, but just not for me. It seemed like there was quite a lot of hype and exaggeration and I found it hard to get to the spiritual truth in there. It was not a relaxing, inspiring and grounding listen for me. Maybe others will resonate with it more.

There is a lot of talk about how bad energy is bad and why its necessary to make protection screens several times a day plus clear bad energy several times a aday, because we collect and attract bad energies constantly, even if for ex our partner has a bad dream. I think its dangerous to suggest dangers and risks snd promote how vulnersble we all are, just to prepare for the necessity of this clearing method. I will probably continue listen, but so far, Letting Go by Hawkins is a much more positive approach, which leads to independennce and not as this book, dependence and focus on all bad energies that can show up everywhere. The whole thing is also very much packaged in a marketing package incl "community" etc, which is the suthors backround career.

I loved all of this book and so glad I bought on audible as Oliver’s warmth and passion for lifting others is tangible. The section on gifts was literally a gift.
