About this listen

Resonating with the body's natural circadian rhythms, this frequency promotes relaxation and sleep readiness while enhancing the production of melatonin, the sleep hormone, while decreasing sleep latency (the time it takes to fall asleep). It's also associated with delta brainwave activity, which predominates during deep, restorative sleep stages.

This is best thing I've tried for sleep. I struggle with sleeping which has recently been worse following my sisters passing. Helps all the overhanging and anxietty

A godsend

Ignore negative reviews. I'm assuming people are criticising the binaural tones it contains as 'noises' these are at a specific frequency known to stimulate sleep. You don't notice these if you concentrate on the soothing melody.Just wish there was more/ longer run time

Calming music for sleep

Although I don't buy the stuff about being "in harmony with the natural vibrations of the universe" the gentle music in this performance is effective in lulling me to sleep. In most cases I'm asleep within 10 minutes.

In one case my mind was so full of thoughts that I was still awake at the end but, by that time, I was so relaxed that I fell asleep very shortly after.

For me this music works much better than nature sounds. It turns out that rainfall and waves just annoy me!

Didn’t expect much from this and it did seem rather weird for the first ten minutes, then I could feel myself starting to relax and go with it. Was sound asleep at the end and stayed in deep sleep for the whole night! Just have trust and give it a fair trial. Thanks audible for this freebie!

Just be patient as the benefits of this literally creep up on you!

I know that it doesn't work for everyone but binaural tones in music really help my brain to switch off and ready my body for sleep. I enjoy drifting off to audiobooks but sometimes binaural tracks are more effective during restless nights. I find these music tracks very relaxing. There is no story just music and sounds.
