This book goes beyond expectation.

This audiobook is based on proven Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), the skills you learn will also help you speak to yourself when you need them and remove the fear of class projects that put you in trouble. In reality, there is no aspect of your life in which this workbook is not helpful. So why let shyness and anxiety rule your life any more?

Perfection

Most of us fight an inside battle that nobody knows, and sometimes you are not willing to share it with anybody for so many reasons, but this book shows so many ways how deaf and win those internal battles, and I highly recommend that you out there same as me find all the information in here to help you as the same this book helped me

Empowering for teens and adults alike!

I honestly wish I’d had this book when I was a teenager, but I didn’t even know I was experiencing anxiety. These are fantastic techniques that can be useful for adults in many situations too. (As a Christian, I’ll be skipping the yoga and meditation recommendations, but these are just a couple of the many options, and only represent a couple minutes of the book.) Well written and nicely narrated. Great listen!
