Summary

Social anxiety disorder, also known as social phobia, includes extreme fear of certain social situations, especially situations that are unfamiliar or in which you feel that others are watching or evaluating you. These social situations may be so frightening that you are just anxious to think about them or have a long way to go to avoid them.

Underlying social anxiety disorder or social phobia is fear of public scrutiny, judgment, or embarrassment. Informative Audio Book...!

I love this audiobook. I always thought of myself as a great communicator and this showed me that I can still do better. I didn't know knowledge like this existed. Ian gives you great exercises and insight into how verbal communication works. I'm grateful, now I can become a master at communication. My life will be Easier now
