This is the first book in the Unbreakable Bonds series. 4 Men (Lucas, Snow, Rowe and Ian), made by their past and love and live as a family. In this first book, the story is told of Lucas and Andrei. Lucas is a self-made millionaire who made Cincinatti his town. When he starts purchasing buildings in a rundown part of town to make it better, things start to escalate when someone tries to kill him. His friend Rowe, who owns a security company, wants one of his employers to act as a bodyguard to Lucas. But as soon as Lucas and Andrei meet their attraction to each other is off the charts. Andrei is caring and soon breaks Lucas's walls down. But Lucas has problems with committing and expressing his feelings. When Andrei goes undercover to find the person who is trying to kill Lucas, he finds himself in a precarious position when his cover is blown. Lucas, Snow, Ian and Rowe do what they do best and rescue the man Lucas has realised he loves. When they find Andrei he is more dead than alive and Lucas will do everything to keep this man to his side and in his bed. It's a story full of angst, hurt and love, but not for those who seek an easy read. The amazing Kenneth Obi does a very goed job with all his different voices. It really sucks you into the story. I would truly recommend these books. The collaborative writing and the awsome narrating makes me want to listen to all the books in this series and than start again from the beginning.

Band of successful seeming cold-hearted males led by Lucas, have an ex military personal cadre, to protect each other and their lifestyles until Romanian Andre, the glitch in the machine shows them all the power of love by going "under cover/covers".

Well written, tense drama, well narrated.

I really enjoyed listening to this story, however I felt that at times the relationship between Lucas and Andrei was drawn out a bit to much. But the narration and the who is out to get Lucas kept me intrigued to the end.

I loved the relationship between the four men!!! The narration was good and as I said kept me going through the book and the characters voices were good and recognisable.
