Page turner

If this were a hard copy I would say it was a page turner. As an audiobook I was hooked from the first listening. The narrator makes you feel that he is sat beside you living the story with you. The storyline and the underlying messages are a true credit to the author. If this were a film it would be a sell out.

Intense

Upfront honesty: I did not finish this book. In fact, I didn't get very far into it. I am grateful to the author for gifting me a copy at my request, but the time was not right for me to listen. This seemed to me an intense, involved story, that demands the listener's full attention, and I tried to listen to it at a time when I was largely preoccupied. I believe for me, at least, it might be better to read this in print. But the narration was well done, and the story interested me enough that I believe I will, indeed, return to it at a later time.
