IT WORKS!!!

After half my life living in the nightmare circle of binge diet binge diet. I tried this and it only bloody works. I've tried intuitive eating loving myself etc etc. I just got more unhealthy with life threatening weight related illnesses. It's very different but it's true its our survival drive ru. Amok it doesn't need live it needs rules and and to be ignored. It's not a diet. YOU CHOOSE WHEN AND WHAT YOU WANT TO EAT! THIS IS REAL INTUITIVE EATING. OPEN YOUR MIND AND TRY IT THE RESOURSES ARE FREE AND YOU CAN AMAZINGLY SUPPORTIVE

Waste of time...

Basically tell yourself you are never going to binge again. Period. And when you feel like overeating it is your internal pig wanting you to overeat, so don't feed your inner pig. Absolute waste of time. Weird overdubbing of voice in the narration.

Give it a chance

Much of what you will hear in the book sounds ridiculous at first, but give it a chance. Be willing to see any resistance you have to the ideas as what the author would call “pig squeal.” Many reviews think the author is self-promoting, but nearly all of what he promotes is free! And why shouldn’t my he self promote? If you had a good idea, wouldn’t you? Stay in a helpless, I have no control, paradigm if you want, I’m going to take a shot at getting out of it with the ideas in this book. See ya!

Great new recording by the author

Although I have the ebook, I wanted the audio version too. I'm so glad Glenn decided to record it himself. I enjoy his voice. He has tough love, which is exactly what I need. I really liked hearing frequently the phrase "you will never binge again". It seems to have stuck in my head more this time hearing it rather than reading it. I feel empowered that my moment to be healthy is NOW, which makes me more determined to cage that pig.

I was very surprised

I didn’t know what I was getting myself into. He makes so much sense and really keeps it simple and to the point. He has his own method and he truly makes you think. Instead of buying expensive diets or products, he just reshapes your thinking. I enjoyed the audio version of this!

two voices

the content was amazing but I was constantly distracted by the two overlapping voices--it was obvious that for some reason, there was a second voice that would creep in for no apparent reason to narrate

Awesome and simple

I’ve enjoyed this book very much but the performance is weird and even creepy. A second voice will interject, mid sentence sometimes, but it sounds like it should be read by the same person. It gives off the impression that they don’t son edits and just had someone else interject with the changes. It freaks me out each time. Super creepy. Aside from that the information is simple and doable.

Nutritionist recommended!

I've been a nutritionist for over 10 years now and have still struggled on and off with binge eating, despite my knowledge of emotional eating and all sorts of different tools to supposedly subvert the behavior. This is some of the most simple, no nonsense, and effective advice I have ever come across to help people stop binge eating. It's definitely unconventional, and not everyone will like it, but you don't have to like the method fof it to work. Just be open-minded, listen to it, and apply Glenn's advice. From now on, I will be recommending it to all of my clients who struggle with this, and I recommend it to you too!
