Best book so far in the series. just as the story line was getting 'samey', a whole new story presents itself, from ground zero in Africa before catching up with the previous book. an extraordinary twist, new characters and an insane storyline make this an epic read.
just outstanding.

The Al Shabaab angle could have been portrayed as a little less black and white, to give a bit more depth- would it really be business as usual for both sides 18 months into the ZA? I hope not!
Nevertheless, this is an exciting story, despite there being very little zombie action, (the Zulu threat is sidelined by man's inhumanity to man!)
Recommend that you read Genesis first, then slot this in after Books 8 or 9!
An interesting sidebar to the main series!
