Great way to learn about Keto!

Best Keto book yet! I love the science that Elliot uses to back up her informstion. This book makes grocery shopping so much easier because she gives meal prep ideas and then a shopping list to go with it. Can’t wait to try some of these delicious recipes!

I’ve been following Elliot for years and was excited for the Keto book. It is the most through Keto book educationally. It is so detailed and tons of yummy recipes. If you haven’t already, go listen to her Podcasts Balanced Bites!

Another great book by Elliot Cutting

This book has great recipes and practical ideas for meals you actually want to eat. There is a lot of information and helpful visuals without it being overwhelming. I appreciate all the meal plans/prep ideas that are included. This book makes me excited to start following a Keto diet.

Fits all my doctor requirements!

Elliot made keto make sense for me! I had bariatric surgery and am looking to find an eating plan to sustain for life yet still meet calorie and protein requirements from my surgeon. Elliot’s keto plan does that! It also focuses on veggies, healthy fats (not just fat bombs) and being overall healthy!

Great keto resource!

I own most of Elliot’s books and I love them! So I bought this one too. It does not disappoint. The recipes are great! Her way of tracking macros is pretty simple. Another thing I really like is it’s not quite as high fat as some of the other keto approaches out there. Job well done!

Favorite keto book.

I got this book to venture into trying keto. So much great information and the recipes are amazing!!! I’m dairy feee and i really enjoyed recipes that are easiest dairy free and the nutritional information done. I still use my daily teacher sheets to keep me accountable!

Great reference book on keto

Very user friendly guide book for beginners learning how to follow a keto lifestyle. The recipes are amazing. Any questions you can think of are addressed in the book. One of the most useful books I’ve seen on the subject. A must have for anyone who follows keto.

I devoured this audiobook

I have every one of Elliot's books and love them all, but THIS is my favorite. Super detailed and informative without being overwhelming. And I've never had a cookbook where I wanted to make every recipe. But this one I do!

The food is always delicious

I found this book enjoyable to listen and it really breaks down the dos and don’ts of keto. Where to begin... This book is amazing

If you’re keto, keto-curious, or just enjoy cookbook this is for you. It’s a fully comprehensive breakdown of how to “do” keto for all types of situations. The daily tracker and the macro breakdown are extremely helpful. I love Elliot and everything she does.
