This book is great, working from the start

I was so happy when I found the mindfulness book. I have already been involved in a mindfulness class through work and it helped so much while I was going through a very hard time, but this was many yrs ago.

calm in a busy world

loved it and found it very calming. The narrators voice is very easy to listen to and I will happily follow this eight week meditation.
