This book is great, working from the start

I was so happy when I found the mindfulness book. I have already been involved in a mindfulness class through work and it helped so much while I was going through a very hard time, but this was many yrs ago.

Audio Functionality

A good meditation but difficult to use as an audiobook since you can’t easily identify when one meditation begins and ends. It’s structured as one long chapter.

I recommend this book to anyone

I recommend this book to anyone who has ever struggled with anxiety, panic, or self-worth issues. This practice gives you the ability to examine your own thought process without getting looped into any of your usual negative hang-ups.

Mindfulness exactly

Lots of good info about mindfulness. It’s cool that he takes you through the actual practice. Just very slow but I guess it’s meant to be that way on purpose.
