About this listen

Academy graduate Natalya Regyri stood first in line for her pick of engineering officer jobs, until, at the graduation party, a classmate turned up dead. Now, betrayed by her friends and framed for murder, she must flee beyond the reach of the Confederation...and any semblance of civilized society.

With a damaged second-hand ship and TIC interceptors dogging her step, she nets a smuggling contract that might just get her back on her feet and in control of her destiny. But only if she's willing to make an ore run back to the place she's wanted for murder, and into the arms of the authorities...who somehow know she's coming.

Written in Nathan Lowell's popular Trader's Tales and Seeker's Tales universe.

Loved it have listened to all of the books from quarter shae to the last one released and they're all so well written and narrated, you could easily picture every character and every orbital, easy to imagine that this kind of life is only a tic or two away. Great narrator, so easy to forget all those voices are from one person the characters had an extra depth making them even easier to picture.

Love these books

Nathan Lowell hits another home run with Milk Run.

Making the mundanity of space faring an enjoyable listen is no mean feat but with every book Nathan does it and then some and Milk Run is no exception.

We follow our main characters Natalia and Zoia as they make their way into uncharted space and attempt to eke out a living amongst the veteran spacers.

Not everything goes their way but just enough does to see them through to the last page.

I look forward, as ever to Nathans next book.

Thank you Sar

Not quite as milky as you would expect.

This is a very easy listen and is in similar vein to the Trader Tales; I loved that and, although a fairly slow start, I have already purchased the next two books.

Nathan Lowell's books are simply put together and tend to draw the listener into ship and crew life and that is what I like about his books.

Now for Something Different!

It was difficult to get into and find interesting at first. About a third of the way it It pick up and bid hold the interst. Then the end seem rushed as if it need to come to an end.

A pity
