Glad To Have This

I have been working very hard on meditation, and learning how to properly do it. This book breaks things down into steps, and also terminology which was good because I didn't know how to define the things I needed to do. This book gives you different ways to hold your hands, ways to breath, and exercises to practice both. Recommended!

This book explains meditation in detail from what to do with your hands to how to sit. It has a section to help with mindful eating which was important to me since I recently became a vegan and needed help with controlling what I eat. Good For Beginners
