This is an incredibly insightful book by Glenn Howell that addresses the prevalent issue of burnout in toxic work environments. In Chapter 2, titled "Is it Them or You?" the book delves into the crucial aspect of self-reflection and personal responsibility in the face of workplace burnout. This chapter resonated with me because I've experienced moments of burnout in my career and had often attributed it solely to external factors. The book made me realize the importance of self-awareness and understanding how my own actions and reactions can contribute to burnout. It was a transformative insight that empowered me to take more control over my well-being.

The narration of the book was exceptional. The narrator's voice was clear and engaging, making it easy to absorb the valuable information and guidance provided in each step. Overall, it is a must-listen for anyone looking to not only overcome burnout but also thrive in their professional life.

Having suffered with cycles of workplace burnout for years I came across this audiobook which was great for giving easy to follow advice through a logical approach to it. Is it them or you was my favourite chapter because I always thought it was me but when you look at it objectively, companies need to squeeze employees as best as possible. Burnout is part of corporate culture almost. Great listen.
