Stephen Bel Davies narrates this audiobook in a raspingly round voice, with a luxurious range of tones. He has a wonderful reading voice and really animates the vividly detailed prose. This audio is generous with its advice, and readers can pick and choose what is useful to them, whether they are looking to gain self-esteem in the personal, romantic, familial, or professional arenas.
