loved Shep and Shay's story. The way he saw who she was trapped inside and the way he gently coaxed her to come out was so sweet.
and yes I want to do bad things to her mother and not in a good way. why do mother's expect their children to compensate them for being born? you had the nookie, your kids didn't ask to be born (sorry a couple of my friends have this in rl and it irks me)

A good introduction to the Montgomery Ink series. This version has what appears to be updated narration by Tor Thom. The book was not long enough to go too much in depth with the story but i don't that is a bad thing. I really enjoyed this sweet story and it made me interested in the family so I plan to listen to the rest of the series.
