I got this audiobook via a promo code from The Flock and this is my voluntary review.

Can someone get proof that the lovely Sarah Puckett hasnt in fact been kidnapped by a series of Cartels? Every time I've heard her voice recently, shes been in some high stakes arranged marriage with her fleeing Mafia/Cartel types.

This book ends on a cliff hanger, and resumes in Stolen Lies. Told in Dual Narration, Jeffrey Holz was fantastic as Kostas. In his own words and actions, Kostas is a psychopath. He is violent but under control, having grown up as the son of Crete's mafia king. He is both wealthy and dangerous beyond comprehension. When he is told he must marry the daughter of his father's adversary, he does so without question or hesitation. Talia and Kostas make an intriguing reluctant couple. She's been stolen from her life, sold as a debt for her fathers crimes but that doesnt mean Kostas is going to allow her to return to freedom “I am yours now as much as you are mine. And I vow to never let you go, even then.”

Sarah Puckett did an amazing job of portraying Talia caught in the crosshairs of a powerful family and her own. I'm excited for book 2.

With scenes that I hadn't expected, and a storyline that is a familiar one, Hidden Truths, nonetheless, succeeds in gaining attention and focus. Both narratators are very good indeed. Sarah Puckett and Jeffrey Holz are very good indeed. They bring both the story and the characters to life. I really felt for Talia! Her situation is dreadful. It took some time to warm to Costas, but, by the end I liked him more than at the start. Good set up for the second book of the duet! 💖💖💖💖

Hidden Truths by Nikki Ash and K Webster is a romantic suspense that I listened to on audio narrated by Jeffrey Holz and Sarah Puckett. This is the first book in the Truths and Lies duet.

This is the first book of Nikki's and K Websters that I have read and it definitely won't be my last. I was pulled in from the first chapter and couldn't wait to see what was going to happen next. The relationship between Kostas and Talia is messy but you can't help but root for them. I really enjoyed getting both of their points of view throughout the book. It really brought the story to life.

The book ends on a great cliffhanger that left me begging for more. I can't wait for the next book Stolen Lies to be released on audio so I can get the rest of their story.

Jeffrey and Sarah did a great job on the narration. I look forward to listening to more of their work in the future.

I would recommend this book if you like romantic suspense, dark romances, contemporary romances, arranged marriages, or mafia romances.

This story was a crazy ride! It was not for the faint of heart. Talia is a sweet girl who just wants to live her life, but unfortunately her father has made it so she can't. She is forced into an arranged marriage with Kostas. From there Talia's life is flipped upside down. Kostas is all power, while Talia is all soft. But Talia does not let Kostas have all the power. The chemistry between the two main characters is amazing even though they may not like each other at first. This story held suspense and twists and turns that will keep you listening well into the night. And that ending! I cannot wait to listen to the rest of this crazy duet! The narrators Jeffrey Holz and Sarah Puckett made this story and were the perfect Kostas and Talia! All power and sweetness, their voices matched their characters so well!

This book is written so very well. With ruthless characters and a fascinating storyline I loved it. With a brilliant performance from both Sarah and Jeffrey.
