As much as Hidden Truths wasn't exactly what I expected (and when one of the author's is K. Webster why am I surprised) I managed to finish this quicker than I thought I would. Could have done with a warning for one of those twists, but all said, I'm excited to see how Tallia find her steel spine. Kostas is just okay for me so far. As for Stolen Lies, this picks up a year after the explosive events at the end of Hidden Truths. Kostas is not handling things well and when he finally gets through the fog, he knows the only important thing is finding Thalia. I enjoyed them together a lot, it's kinda perfect when the battle hardened one is only soft for their one and only.
