Good voice

Relaxing female voice without too much of an accent. Right mix of voice and background music.

Great Meditation Distracting at the End

The meditation exercise is very good. But at the end of the 30 minuets the narrator comes on and announces who wrote the meditation, who read the meditation and other distracting info that can disturb your recently achieved relaxed state.

Better than many

I've been privy to many guided meditations through my work and a little bit in my free time. I don't enjoy them as a whole, and hate some. This one was better than many - its simplicity and ease without the woo-woo hot air balloons, fairies or other such props that other meditations may employ. I did a big no-no and started listening to this as I was driving - I was having a really bad day and was very tense. I had to turn it off after a few minutes because I calmed down so quickly I was afraid I'd get sleepy or distracted.
The narrator had a nice voice - very good for this sort of thing.

Nice Voice, meditation is redundant

At least 1/2 of this meditation is the voice Over walking your mind through each part of your body telling you to think of it, and relax it. she keeps telling you to focus on your breathing on your own, but then counts. I can do that on my own. I was expecting a guided meditation with a story. The time frame of 1/2 hour is perfect.

Fantastic Meditation 💤💤

I'm so glad I requested this in exchange for my honest review because I loved it.
I do yoga after work so I will be relaxed for bed.
This listen went perfectly with the yoga.
The light stretching the soothing narrator guides you through is just the thing to alleviate your tired muscles.
I recommend this to anyone trying to find a zen ☺ place right before bed 😴

I was sleeping before the end

Since I was asleep before it ended.... I am very happy with my purchase. I will try to make it to the end the next time I listen.

Soothing

This was really good for soothing my mind for sleep. Been trying out a few of these and this one worked fine for me. Need a few more for those nights when my mind is racing and sleep doesn't want to come and play.

Relaxing, effective

This is a nice guided meditation for relaxation. I have meditated all my life, but never tried a guided mediation before. I recently obtained not only this title, but also another one by the same company that is intended for 'positive thinking, mindfulness and self-healing.' They were both well done, but this one is obviously aimed toward relaxation and sleep, while the other is more uplifting.

I thought this was a worthwhile experience and will listen to it again if I am in the mood for a guided meditation.

Beware of the gong at the end!

I'm new to meditation, others might have known it was coming. I followed the guided meditation just fine and was nicely dropping off to sleep (unheard of for me to fall asleep this fast!) It was wonderful! And then, right at the end, a loud gong yanked me back awake, bolt upright in bed. Going to have to preview the next one I pick up to make sure it doesn't do that. WHY would you put a loud gong at the end of a sleep meditation?

Great way to relax especially after stressful day.

Great way to start or finish your day. When you are relaxed you perform mental activities at a higher level and this audio book helps you get to a relaxed mood.
