This was my first exposure to this author writing as more of horror/ dark listen and at first I had my doubts but it really worked. The story itself is familiar and a very old fashioned fairytale (before they become Disney) and it worked. Yes there was times when I wish I wasn't listening on my alexa so that everyone could hear, but luckily no one could.

The narration worked well including the sound effects.
