The intent of the resume!

The audio-book explains in a very accessible way how to de-program yourself and begin eating in tune with what your body needs. This audio-book is putting me back on the right track. The purpose of the audio-book is to reacquaint the eater with their own natural biological processes that govern eating, and which have been so sadly disrupted in our diet-crazy society. There are no gimmicks here, in fact just the opposite.
