ONE OF THE BEST BOOKS OUT THERE ABOUT INTERMITTENT FASTING

That’s not just another diet book!It is more than that! Packed with latest scientific research and statistics but also best advise for a day to day management of IF this book will become your best friend for life! Big plus is the fact that Dr Mosley narrates it himself with great level of pragmatism and Humor. If you want to extend your life, be healthy or loose weight get it!

Great way to read the book

Dr Mosley is one of the smartest people on TV, and does a great job reading his landmark book on intermittent fasting. Best way to read the book. Comes with useful PDFs of recipes.

Loved it!

I found this book really educational and insightful, I definitely feel motivated to kickstart a healthier way of living, I feel like everyone needs to hear the facts and studies that were discussed in this.

Great book and the advice is working for me.

I will be sharing all of the tips and advice with my friends and family. I am the product of very bad food eating advice low fat high carbs from my seventies up bring and carry all of my weight around my stomach area. I have found this book very informative and the results have been great!!! But it does require a little willpower

Where’s the recipes

Loved the book, but it was an adaptation,!! there were no recipes So disappointed was I

Life Changing - for the better

I have just finished listening to this book for the third time. The advice and guidance it provides is so much more than a diet, in fact I would highly recommend it to those who don’t need to lose weight as it provides scientifically based lifestyle advice that will inform and enable long term good health. Following the information in this book I have lost 4stones (~60lbs / 27kg or 30% of my starting weight) in just 4 months, but most noticeable is the improvement in my mental and other typically non weight related health issues.

great book, I really hope everyone reads it

a great book that everyone should read, and not just for those who feel they need to lose weight. the more information we can get about our diets and why they are so good for us, the better. I've read another of Mosley's the clever guys diet, another brilliant book and this one will also be spoken about to my friends and family for months to come.

Fill up on hope!

This book was chock full of hope. A simple approach to health. only problem is the lack of recipes in te audible format. I'm going to buy a physical copy of the book.
