Probably the best in the Ryan Drake series Will Jordan delivers a fast paced thriller with intrigue and mind searching exploration into Drake’s psychological struggle with himself. Often I would say to myself ‘Wow, that was a powerful scene, the writing was amazing’. Fantastically performed by Sam Devereaux.

Book number 8 in the series is full of action and a multitude of twists and turns ( maybe too many!l).
The full horror of Ryan's past is revealed; his complex relationship with Anya develops apace - in multiple directions! and Ryan's group of close associates continue to support his goals even when he goes it alone leaving a trail of destruction in his wake.
A new puppet master is revealed...
Jump in and re-board the roller-coaster - you will be entertained - in a brutal kind of a way. Though I must admit I am now thinking that I would like to see the current conflicts resolved in the not too distant future.... The whole Ryan,Anya,Cain,Jason thing is now in need of resolution methinks.
