Narrator Ruins Great Book

Is there anything you would change about this book?

The narrator. He drones on and on and has actually made me fall asleep

How could the performance have been better?

Dr Andersen should have narrated it! He's engaging and presents his information as if he's telling a fascinating story. For such a witty person with great people skills and a nice voice, they sure picked a dud to narrate his work!

Any additional comments?

This book is fantastic in regards to material. Dr. Andersen has tons of wisdom to share. I would recommend this to anyone who wants to become healthier or lose weight.

Enlightening and Mind boggling

Same advice, same rhetoric.

This is such a boring, rudimentary book. It doles out the same diet advice that you would find in any weight loss management program. Ridiculous waste of time and money!

it's awful.

this book is horrible. if you have the intellect of an eight-year-old you may find this helpful for your health. tips such as wear a seatbelt drink water and avoid soda are considered to be KEY tips. these are very basic nutritional and parental advice. this book will help no one unless you have never ever thought about your health for more than 5 minutes. the doctor is also full of himself restates that he is a physician over 20 times.

Worked in Menopause

I tried this lifestyle and it worked even though I'm over 50, in menopause and have a sedentary job. Lost 30 pounds to START my journey. I only gained some back when I disregarded the program mentally. I'm back on the self and coach counseling and haven't gained weight since. What's better is that I feel better, have more energy, and have better attitude daily. I have the control to choose wisely. Just need to choose wisely every day.
