As for the plot, it is fairly good. But up to book 3 (the first 2 chapters) the character development of the main lead is underdeveloped.
Separate point: you could switch out Demon for human or a bug to any race you could think of and very little would be changed! There is no observable trait unique to the whole demon race that was seen. Maybe I'm just upset that the main lead isn't a little more aggressive to those that need it.
