I have completed audiobooks 1 to 3 now and am tempted to continue the story on RR, although I much prefer listening to the excellent narration of Pravi Proczko. I just do t know if I can wait till early 2022 for book 4.

JF Bri k is first amongst equals when it comes to western writers of Wuxai and Xainxai, progression, cultivation and semi lit rpg stories. If you loved Will Wrights epic series cradle or Shirtaloons He who fights monsters or the Dungeon Crawler Carl series or the Noobtown series or the reborn apocalypse or Begging after the end series, then you will absolutely love JF Brinks Defiance of the Fall. The story is massive in scope, incredibly detailed with many memorable characters. Yet, there is no filler. There is no self righteous mc pontification and internal dialogue. Instead, we get page turning action, great banter and dialogue between interesting villains and hero’s and their side kicks, and at all times the story remains tightly focused. I highly recommend all the books (soon to be four).

JF Brinks story is everything that the original CN leading authors of Wuxai and Xainxai have entertained us with. Zack’s story It is as expansive and fun to read as the adventures of Meng Hao in Er Gans I shall seal the Heaven or as Linden’s in IET epic coiling Drangon. So what more can I say: buy the books now.
