In the tangled bog city of Nannandry, Priloe Sharpe's life is worth only what his pick-pocketing skills can buy him. Main characters are quite appealing and story
feels a bit of a oliver twist but more moderised and appealing to the YA groups.
Narrator Laurel is quite good once you get used to her style. I listen at quite a fast pace but even at speed of 1 i found her quite fast, other listeners may want to move her between 0.8 to 0.9. for optimal enjoyment.
Depth of her performance and range does fit the storyline quite well overall however.
Overall i found the story fairly worthwhile and i would checkout more of the authors work on audible and ebook.
