I work shifts, getting up at 2.45am. I need to be in bed by 6.30pm to ensure I stand a chance of a decent amount of sleep. I have neighbours with young child and his pre-bed zoomies hour falls between 7-8pm!

I've listened to white noise but, whilst it helped it didn't enable me to shut out the sounds from next door. This brown noise book has been helping me over the last 3 months. The frequency is spot on, With the aid of ear plugs this book played via my echo dot, enables me to drift off, abd just block out the low level thuds if an over enthusiastic child running up/down stairs that lie against our party wall. Totally recommend.
