Alright advice, but overly US focussed

I saw the book lying around and decided to have a listen to it on Audible.
It had some interesting advice, but large parts of it are aimed at US Americans, which is not apparent from the description. Although other situations are mentioned, people are assumed to be in trouble due to large college loans and credit card debt, and/or have family in trouble due to being in a country without a good health care or social support system. The audio book is not structured in such a way that this is easily skippable, with relatively big chapters and no particular organization that separates the general advice from US specific.
