I was only a month into my meditation journey when I started Light’s book. I had listened to him on Dr Chatterjee’s ‘Feel better live more’ podcast which inspired me to purchase the audio. It also felt more special as he narrates and I found it easy to follow. I instantly put the tools into practice. As a beginner I think this book will always stand out to me. I really enjoyed it and already feel the benefits.

This book makes meditation for beginners easy and enjoyable, very glad I read this book. It’s completely changed my outlook on meditation and inspired me to practice daily and follow the EASY process and not to worry if I think I’m doing it wrong.

If everyone could learn and implement the ideas in this book the world would certainly be a better place.
I listened to this after I had already begun the Ziva technique by Emily Fletcher, and found this book to be a great compliment to my practice. It explains things in a different way to aid understanding, both books work very well together.
